Part load, also known as less than truckload (LTL), refers to a shipment that does not use the entire available space in my van. Since not every load fills the entire van couriers must find ways to optimize the remaining space. One common approach is to consolidate multiple part loads into a single vehicle, effectively utilizing the available space and reducing the transportation costs for clients. It is also called co-loading.
Full load, also referred to as full truckload (FTL) or full container load (FCL), denotes a shipment that occupies all available space in a vehicle. For instance, my van can fit in 2 standard pallets and 3 European pallets to a maximum weight of 750kg. If that you want me to move 2 pallets, then my van will be full and I will charge for a full load.

The seller will calculate VAT based on either the VAT rate of the Member State from which the goods are shipped to the buyer (which is usually the Member State from which the goods are bought) or the VAT rate of the Member State into which the goods are shipped.

if that amount is lower than the threshold adopted by the Member State of destination, the seller can apply the VAT rate of the Member State from which the goods are sent;

if that amount is higher than the threshold approved by the Member State of destination, the seller can apply the VAT rate of the Member State into which the goods are sent.

Levying import duties on imported goods is a way of protecting countries against cheaper products from third countries. Adding import duties to these products makes them more expensive, thereby narrowing the price difference and enabling countries to compete more effectively with producers in third countries.
In addition to import duties, you normally have to pay VAT. The VAT rate is the same as that which applies to supplies of goods and services in the US.
